Welcome

We are delighted to welcome all new, potential, and existing students to Pacific West Coast Community College website.  It gives us great pleasure to uphold a high educational standard as we believe everyone has the right to affordable and quality education.  

Our campus has grown as has our programs!  We have some wonderful workshops available as well as new programs to offer the community.  Please check out the listed department areas to see where new changes have occurred.  We are very pleased to OFFER ONLINE   as well as ON CAMPUS  instruction.  We have put in applications for other much needed areas of study to our governing body and are awaiting for a response in regards to them.

Mission/Statement of Purpose:

Pacific West Coast Community College  is dedicated to helping individuals with their career goals no matter what their current situation may be. We offer our programs through distance education and weekly site seminars so the learner is able to reach their goals at a pace and in an environment that will suite their current needs.

PWC offers the public a unique blend of on-site and distance training. We are a cut above the many other institutions as we allow our students combination training skills of off site and on campus learning. PWC allows the much needed benefits of independent study but also the support of an involved group setting for reflective learning and discussion. Our clinical allows the student to understand the industry of choice by engaging in on- site speakers, off-site field-trips and observations. We believe it is important to engage the learner in their field of study by allowing them the opportunity of using all their intellect in a cohesive manner.

PWC is a registered college with the governing body PCTIA (Private Career Training Institutes of British Colombia). We will be working towards becoming an accredited institution in the near future.
